Amifostine

Amifostine
was originally adumbrated to abate the accumulative renal toxicity from
cisplatin in non-small corpuscle lung cancer. However, while nephroprotection
was observed, the anticipation that amifostine could assure tumors could not be
excluded. Additional abstracts accept crystalline that amifostine-mediated bump
